Innovation Through Collaboration

Based in Kendall Square and next to MIT
We are at the heart of a rich innovation cluster where many enduring companies have been developed.
We're proud to build on that legacy.

Talent Density

XPV is headquartered in greater Boston and is now expanding its footprint with a West Coast presence in Los Angeles. XPV's investment approach is built on a proven model that attracts top talent, seeds promising projects, and scales high-potential ventures using central resources and a standardized planning and execution process. Situated in talent-rich Cambridge, XPV leverages its proximity to renowned institutions like MIT, Harvard, Boston College and Boston University to access top-tier talent and cutting-edge research.

Mentoring Talent

XPV has forged deep connections within MIT to position itself at the forefront of AI innovation. Through those relationships and our proximity to campus, XPV gains valuable access to MIT-based AI talent and research, driving our investment strategy forward. Co-founder and MIT alumnus Dave Blundin plays an active role in mentoring within the ecosystem. As lead instructor of the AI Global Ventures course at MIT, he regularly engages with budding entrepreneurs. XPV's ties to MIT have been further enhanced through our leadership's collaborations with esteemed faculty members like Daniela Rus, Director of the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory(CSAIL), and Ramesh Raskar, Associate Director of the MIT Media Lab.
